  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

  • During high-demand periods (sales, holidays, product launches), processing times may be slightly extended.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email with tracking details once your order has shipped.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. International Shipping

We ship internationally where available. Customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • VAT or other local fees

These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and must be paid upon delivery if required by your country.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


5. Delays & Lost Packages

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Customs clearance delays

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.


6. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us:

  • The customer will be responsible for re-shipping fees.

  • Refunds (if requested) will exclude original shipping charges.


7. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.

  • We will review and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
